Shipping Policy

1. United States Shipping Only

Puritides currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Puritides reserves the right to decline shipment to any location where fulfillment may be restricted, prohibited, or otherwise inappropriate.

2. Research Use Only

All Puritides products are sold exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes.

NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.

Shipment or delivery of a product does not change, waive, or modify the restrictions contained in our Research Use Only Policy.

Puritides reserves the right to cancel or withhold shipment of an order when we reasonably believe that the purchaser or intended use does not comply with our Research Use Only Policy.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 48 hours after successful payment and any required order verification.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, during promotional periods, or during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

An order may also be delayed while payment, billing, shipping, purchaser, or research-use information is verified.

4. Order Verification

Puritides reserves the right to review orders before shipment.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify:

• Billing or payment information;
• Shipping information;
• Purchaser identity or eligibility;
• Business or research information;
• Compliance with our Research Use Only Policy; or
• Potential fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed shipment or cancellation of the order.

5. Shipping Methods and Charges

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, carrier, service level, package characteristics, and other applicable factors.

Puritides may select or substitute a carrier or comparable shipping service when reasonably necessary to facilitate secure and efficient delivery.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Estimated Delivery

Domestic delivery may take seven days or longer, depending on the destination, carrier, service level, and circumstances affecting transportation.

Processing time is not included in the carrier's estimated transit time.

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

• Carrier delays;
• Severe weather or natural disasters;
• Holidays;
• Service interruptions;
• Transportation disruptions;
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
• Security or fraud reviews;
• High shipping volume; or
• Other circumstances outside Puritides' reasonable control.

Puritides does not guarantee delivery by a particular date unless such a guarantee is expressly provided in writing.

7. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting an order.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier, Puritides may be unable to change or redirect the shipment.

Puritides is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly entered shipping information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information will generally be sent to the email address associated with the order after the shipment has been prepared or transferred to the carrier.

Tracking information may require additional time to become active after a shipping label is created.

Carrier tracking information is supplied by the applicable carrier and may not always update in real time.

9. Delivery

A shipment is considered delivered when the carrier's tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided with the order, subject to applicable law.

Customers should provide a secure delivery location and monitor tracking information for expected delivery.

If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should promptly check the delivery area, household or business recipients, mailroom, reception area, neighbors where appropriate, and the carrier.

Customers should contact Puritides promptly if further assistance is required.

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking information does not update for an extended period or a package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Puritides.

We may require reasonable time to investigate the shipment with the carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.

Puritides will handle confirmed carrier loss in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.

Carrier delays that do not constitute confirmed loss do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

11. Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Puritides as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• The order number;
• A description of the damage;
• Photographs of the shipping package;
• Photographs of the affected product and packaging; and
• Any other information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.

Customers should retain the original packaging and damaged materials until the claim has been resolved.

Puritides will review documented damage claims and determine the appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law and our policies.

12. Missing or Incorrect Items

If an order contains an incorrect product or is missing an item, please contact Puritides promptly after delivery.

Include the order number and photographs of the products and packaging received when reasonably possible.

Verified fulfillment errors will be addressed by Puritides as appropriate.

13. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to Puritides because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other carrier-related reasons.

If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, Puritides will review the circumstances and contact the customer when appropriate.

Additional shipping charges may apply before an order is reshipped when the return resulted from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Order Cancellations and Address Changes

Contact Puritides as soon as possible if you need to request an order cancellation or shipping-address change.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification can be completed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, cancellation or address modification may no longer be possible.

15. Carrier Services

Puritides packages products for shipment and transfers orders to third-party carriers for delivery.

Carriers operate independently of Puritides, and carrier schedules, routing, tracking systems, delays, and delivery operations may be outside our control.

Puritides is not responsible for carrier delays or service interruptions outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Fraud Prevention and Shipping Restrictions

Puritides reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inaccurate information, unlawful activity, prohibited product use, or a violation of our policies.

Additional verification may be required before an order is released for shipment.

17. Compliance With Applicable Law

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and receipt of Puritides products are permitted under applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Puritides reserves the right to restrict or refuse shipment when fulfillment may violate applicable law, regulation, company policy, or research-use requirements.

18. Policy Changes

Puritides may modify this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operations, carriers, policies, or applicable legal requirements.

The Shipping Policy in effect when an order is submitted will generally apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
