1. Research Use Only

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY PURITIDES ARE INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR LABORATORY, ANALYTICAL, AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH USE.

PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.

Products sold by Puritides are not offered or intended for use as drugs, medications, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or therapeutic products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

2. Prohibited Uses

Products purchased from Puritides must not be:

• Consumed, ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted, or otherwise introduced into the human body;
• Administered to humans or animals;
• Used for self-experimentation;
• Used for therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, or clinical purposes;
• Used to treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, or diagnose any disease or medical condition;
• Used as or incorporated into a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, medical device, or other product intended for human or veterinary use;
• Resold, relabeled, repackaged, or represented as being suitable for human or veterinary use; or
• Used in any manner inconsistent with applicable federal, state, or local law.

Puritides does not authorize, encourage, recommend, or condone any prohibited use of its products.

3. Qualified Purchasers

Puritides products are offered to businesses, laboratories, research organizations, and researchers acquiring products for legitimate research purposes.

By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that:

1. The products are being purchased for legitimate research purposes.
2. The purchaser possesses the knowledge, facilities, equipment, procedures, and training appropriate for handling the materials purchased.
3. The purchaser will use, store, handle, and dispose of the products responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and appropriate laboratory practices.
4. The purchaser will not use or permit the products to be used for human or veterinary administration or consumption.
5. The purchaser will not represent the products as safe, effective, approved, or suitable for human or veterinary use.
6. The purchaser is legally authorized to purchase, possess, handle, and use the products in the jurisdiction in which the products will be received and used.

Puritides reserves the right to request information reasonably necessary to verify a purchaser's eligibility or intended research use.

4. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Puritides reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, restrict, or decline any order where we reasonably believe that:

• A product may be intended for human or veterinary use;
• The purchaser has provided inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or suspicious information;
• The proposed use is inconsistent with this Research Use Only Policy;
• The purchaser may not possess appropriate qualifications or facilities;
• Completion of the transaction may violate applicable law or create regulatory or safety concerns; or
• Fulfillment would otherwise be inappropriate.

Puritides may restrict or permanently prohibit future purchases by customers who violate this policy.

5. No Medical or Veterinary Advice

Nothing appearing on the Puritides website, product packaging, product documentation, Certificates of Analysis, correspondence, customer-support communications, marketing materials, or other company materials constitutes medical or veterinary advice.

Puritides does not provide dosing instructions, treatment recommendations, administration instructions, medical protocols, or advice regarding human or veterinary use.

Puritides representatives are not authorized to recommend or explain human or veterinary administration of research products.

Product names, descriptions, analytical information, specifications, references, and research information are provided solely for identification, laboratory research, and informational purposes and must not be interpreted as recommendations for human or veterinary use.

6. No Representation of Safety or Effectiveness

Puritides makes no representation that any research product is safe or effective for human or veterinary use.

Statements regarding purity, identity, analytical testing, concentration, molecular characteristics, or other laboratory specifications do not constitute representations regarding safety, efficacy, sterility, suitability, or approval for human or veterinary administration.

A Certificate of Analysis or other laboratory result must not be interpreted as evidence that a product is suitable for human or veterinary use.

7. Purchaser Responsibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, handling, storage, research use, transportation, transfer, and disposal of a product are lawful and appropriate.

The purchaser is responsible for obtaining any licenses, registrations, permits, approvals, institutional authorizations, or other permissions required for the purchaser's activities.

Puritides does not represent that every product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, transferred, or used for every research purpose or in every jurisdiction.

8. Laboratory Handling and Safety

Research materials should be handled only by appropriately trained individuals using suitable laboratory procedures, equipment, containment measures, and personal protective equipment.

Purchasers are responsible for establishing appropriate procedures for storage, handling, accidental exposure, contamination prevention, transportation, security, and disposal based upon the characteristics of the material and the research being performed.

Purchasers should independently determine appropriate laboratory safety practices before handling any product.

9. Resale, Transfer, and Relabeling

Purchasing a product from Puritides does not grant authorization to market, advertise, distribute, prescribe, dispense, administer, or resell that product for human or veterinary use.

Purchasers must not remove, obscure, alter, replace, or misrepresent research-use labeling in a manner suggesting that a Puritides product is intended, authorized, approved, safe, or suitable for human or veterinary use.

Products must not be transferred or resold to another party when the purchaser knows or reasonably should know that the product is intended for a prohibited use.

10. Misuse and Policy Violations

Puritides may investigate suspected violations of this policy.

If Puritides becomes aware of information reasonably indicating that a customer is purchasing, transferring, marketing, or using products contrary to this policy, Puritides may take appropriate action, including:

• Canceling pending orders;
• Refusing future transactions;
• Terminating purchasing privileges;
• Requesting additional documentation regarding the purchaser or intended research use; and
• Taking other action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or protect against unauthorized use of Puritides products.

11. Customer Communications

Puritides personnel are not authorized to provide instructions or recommendations concerning human or veterinary administration, dosing, treatment protocols, reconstitution for administration, injection, ingestion, or other clinical use of research products.

Requests for such information may be declined.

Repeated requests for information concerning prohibited uses may result in restriction or termination of purchasing privileges.

Customers should not interpret a response—or the absence of a response—from Puritides personnel as authorization or approval for any use prohibited by this policy.

12. Scientific and Educational Information

Scientific publications, molecular information, research references, laboratory data, or third-party materials referenced by Puritides are provided solely for general scientific, analytical, educational, or informational purposes.

Reference to published research involving a particular compound does not mean that Puritides recommends, endorses, promotes, or authorizes any human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical application.

Scientific literature discussing a substance must not be interpreted as establishing the intended use of a product sold by Puritides.

13. Assumption of Responsibility

By purchasing products from Puritides, the purchaser acknowledges that research materials may require specialized knowledge, facilities, procedures, and handling precautions.

Following delivery, the purchaser assumes responsibility for the lawful and appropriate possession, storage, handling, research use, transfer, and disposal of the products purchased.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Puritides and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the purchaser's unauthorized, unlawful, negligent, or prohibited use, handling, transfer, resale, distribution, or representation of products.

This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

15. Compliance With Applicable Law

Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, institutional requirements, and safety standards relating to the products they purchase.

Puritides reserves the right to modify product availability, impose additional purchasing requirements, restrict sales, or modify this policy when reasonably necessary to address applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, enforcement developments, safety concerns, or company compliance requirements.

16. No Waiver Through Communication or Website Content

No statement by an employee, contractor, representative, customer, third party, or other person may modify the research-use restrictions applicable to Puritides products unless expressly authorized in writing by Puritides.

Customer reviews, testimonials, third-party comments, external publications, social-media posts, or other third-party content do not constitute statements or endorsements by Puritides.

Puritides reserves the right to remove content from platforms under its control that promotes or describes prohibited uses of its products.

17. Agreement and Purchaser Certification

By submitting an order for any Puritides research product, the purchaser represents, warrants, acknowledges, and certifies that:

• The purchaser has read and understood this Research Use Only Policy;
• The purchaser agrees to comply with this policy;
• The purchase is being made for legitimate research purposes;
• The products will not be used for human or veterinary administration or consumption;
• The purchaser will not use the products for therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or other prohibited purposes;
• The purchaser will comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
• The information supplied to Puritides in connection with the purchase is accurate.

If the purchaser cannot truthfully make these certifications, the purchaser must not purchase Puritides products.

18. Policy Updates

Puritides may revise this Research Use Only Policy periodically to reflect changes in company practices, applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, or compliance requirements.

The version in effect at the time an order is submitted will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
