Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Puritides does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for correctly fulfilled orders.

Once research products have been shipped, Puritides cannot verify how they have been stored, handled, transported, opened, or otherwise maintained after delivery. For quality-control and product-integrity reasons, products that have left our control cannot be returned to inventory or resold.

Accordingly, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind;
• Accidental or incorrect products ordered by the customer;
• Customer ordering errors;
• Products that are no longer wanted or needed;
• Failure to review product information before purchasing;
• Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to a Puritides fulfillment error;
• Refusal or inability to use a correctly supplied product;
• Improper storage or handling after delivery; or
• Any other correctly fulfilled order.

Please carefully review your cart, product selections, quantities, shipping information, and order total before completing your purchase.

2. Incorrect Product Received

If Puritides ships a product different from the product shown on your confirmed order, please contact us promptly after delivery.

To evaluate the claim, we may require:

• Your order number;
• The name of the product ordered;
• The product received;
• Clear photographs of the product and label;
• Photographs of the shipping package and packing materials; and
• Any other information reasonably necessary to verify the fulfillment error.

Do not open, alter, use, transfer, or dispose of an incorrectly shipped product while your claim is being reviewed.

Once Puritides confirms that an incorrect product was shipped due to our fulfillment error, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include shipment of the correct product or a refund for the incorrectly fulfilled item, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law.

Puritides will determine whether the incorrectly shipped product must be returned or otherwise handled.

3. Claims Must Be Verifiable

Submitting a claim does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Puritides reserves the right to review order records, fulfillment records, shipping information, photographs, product information, and other relevant documentation before approving a claim.

Claims containing inaccurate, incomplete, altered, misleading, or fraudulent information may be denied.

4. Products Cannot Be Returned Without Authorization

Do not send products back to Puritides without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and do not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, credit, or exchange.

If a return is required because Puritides confirmed that an incorrect product was shipped, we will provide applicable return instructions.

5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for correctly fulfilled orders.

If Puritides confirms that an incorrect product was shipped because of our fulfillment error, the customer will not be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs required by Puritides to correct that error.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing after they are submitted.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Puritides does not guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return & Refund Policy and cannot be canceled.

7. Research Products

All Puritides products are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, and scientific research.

NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.

A request for a refund, return, replacement, or exchange based upon human or veterinary administration, consumption, personal use, therapeutic results, side effects, clinical outcomes, or other prohibited use is inconsistent with the intended use of Puritides products and does not constitute a valid basis for a return or refund under this policy.

Puritides reserves the right to restrict future purchases when information associated with a claim indicates a violation of our Research Use Only Policy.

8. Delivery and Carrier Issues

Shipping delays, tracking issues, lost shipments, packages marked as delivered, damaged shipping packages, and undeliverable shipments are handled according to our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

This Return & Refund Policy applies specifically to product returns, refunds, exchanges, and fulfillment errors.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Puritides promptly if they believe an order was fulfilled incorrectly so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

Nothing in this policy is intended to prevent a customer from exercising any payment-dispute or consumer right available under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.

Providing false or misleading information in connection with a refund request, chargeback, or payment dispute may result in restriction of future purchasing privileges and other appropriate action.

10. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or waives any right, remedy, warranty, or obligation that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.

Where applicable law requires Puritides to provide a refund, replacement, return, or other remedy, Puritides will comply with those requirements.

11. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase from Puritides, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, including the general all-sales-final provision.
